also received a Master’s in Business Administration from Auburn University. Claytons
professional career started in 2001 for Merrill Lynch Global Private Client Group, managing
investment portfolios for discerning clients. In 2002 he made his first real estate investment and
began investing in remodels and rentals in Nashville. After others sought his advice on real
estate and construction more Clayton opened Richland Real Estate Advisors in Nashville and
Richland Remodeling in 2006. Always an entrepreneur, he went full time into real estate in a
private client model he felt the investment, residential and commercial market needed. Clayton
found his passion in real estate of all types.
